With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in human capital and leadership development, working with executives from companies like KCB group and Standard Chartered bank. Alubbe excels in strategic thinking, adaptive learning, personal leadership development, and change management.
As a leadership expert, he serves as a Board harmonizer, conflict manager, and social architect, impacting behavior change through programs.
